Most yoga classes in Singapore are the standard Hatha Yoga Classes. “Hatha Yoga” basically means that the class is focused on the physical discipline of yoga and using your physical body. This is typically achieved different postures.
However, many yoga centres use “Hatha Yoga” as the name of their basic yoga class that is suitable for beginners. These classes focus on conditioning the body, synchronized with yogic breathing techniques and focusing the mind.
